Meet And Greet Staff For Arrivals And Departures

Ten TRAVEL DMC Meet and Greet Teams are split into two roles.

Arrival Process : The Airport Meet and Greet Staff greets the guests with proper welcome signage, confirms their names, checked luggage and escorts them to their awaiting transportation vehicles. The Hotel Meet and Greet Staff, escorts them to the public/private check-in areas, as well as assists with luggage handling and preparation for delivery to the rooms.

Departure Process : Prior to the specified Hotel Departure Time, the Hotel Meet and Greet Staff greets the guests at hotel's/resort's lobby with proper welcome signage, spots transportation vehicles and coordinates luggage for delivery to airport.

Escort Staff For Tours , Excursions, Offsite Events And Dine Around Programs

TEN TRAVEL DMC Escort Staff accompanies guests on their respective offsite events, dinners and or activities. They ensure that the guests have an enjoyable experience and they also serve as a point of contact during the activity.

Hospitality Desk Staff

Upon arrival to the hotel / resort of choice, as well as throughout the program, guests will be assisted by TEN TRAVEL DMC Hospitality Desk Staff. Hospitality Desk attendants will assist with fast and personalized information and guidance, will also confirm / book tours and excursions, offsite dinners and or any other organized event or booking during guests' free time, as well as will assist your own hospitality team to complete any other tasks related to the program, such as golf / spa coordination, coordination of departure notices, room deliveries.
