La Graciosa
The eighth island is the least known of the Canary Islands and acquired its official island status by the Spanish parliament in June 2018. With 700 inhabitants and 25.000 tourists a year it is a hidden getaway for swimming, surfing and reading lovers.

La Graciosa lies 30 minutes by ferry trip from the northern tip of Lanzarote; it boasts clean beaches of golden sand in the middle of volcanic landscapes; its turquoise waters and white houses in Caleta de Sebo make it one of the most picturesque locations on any of the islands. It feels like it is a fishing village from another era…..there are no roads on the island, no asphalt or contaminating elements. Just sandy paths which can be discovered on foot or by bike.
